PARTICIPATION TERMS

Article 1 – Organization

The company Frigelux is organizing a free contest, with no purchase necessary, entitled “Grand Summer Contest”, from July 14 to July 31, 2025 inclusive, via its official Instagram account @frigelux_france.

Article 2 – Participation conditions

Participation is open to any adult individual residing in mainland France (including Corsica), with a valid Instagram account, excluding employees of the organizing company and their family members.
To participate, users must:

1. Follow the account @frigelux_france
2. Tag 2 friends in a comment on the contest post
3. Share the contest post in their Instagram story

Only one entry per person is allowed during the entire contest period.

Article 3 – Prize

One winner will be drawn. They will win:
🧊 1 Frigelux RETT136A outdoor refrigerator, valued at €799 including VAT.

Article 4 – Winner selection

The draw will take place on August 1, 2025, by a member of the organizing committee, among all compliant entries.

Article 5 – Winner announcement

The winner will be contacted via private message on Instagram starting from August 1, 2025.
If there is no response within 7 days, the prize will be considered forfeited, and a new draw may be conducted.

Article 6 – Responsibilities

Frigelux cannot be held responsible in the event of:

• Connection or access problems on Instagram
• Identification errors or incorrect details submitted by the participant
• Technical malfunctions beyond its control

Article 7 – Acceptance of the rules

Participation in this contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules, with no possibility of claim.

Article 8 – Consultation

These rules are accessible for the entire duration of the contest on the website odr.frigelux.fr.
