For any purchase made between 1 November 2025 and 31 December 2025 inclusive, on our website frigelux-shop.com, FrigeluX will refund your order. This offer is reserved exclusively for individuals of legal age residing in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Participation before 1 March 2025. For all orders placed between 1 November 2025 and 31 December 2025, you must:

• Complete the entry form below.
• Leave a review of your order on the FrigeluX Trustpilot page: https://fr.trustpilot.com/review/www.frigelux-shop.com
• Provide proof of the review (photo or screenshot accepted).

Then confirm your entry online by 28 February 2026 inclusive. Any entries sent by post will not be processed. Any entries sent after 28 February 2026 will not be processed.
One winner, chosen at random, will receive a refund for their order by bank transfer within two weeks of the closing date for entries.

Offer valid for all orders placed between 01/11/2025 and 31/12/2025 inclusive on the website frigelux-shop.com, limited to one request per household (same name or same address). This offer is strictly reserved for natural persons aged 18 or over residing in mainland France.

Any incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the deadline will be considered invalid. Your order must be compliant and delivered. Any orders that have already been refunded or are in the process of being refunded are not eligible for this offer.

If your application meets the conditions of the offer, you will be entered into the draw, where 1 winner will receive a refund of their order by bank transfer within 2 weeks following the participation closing date.

Any illegible, incomplete, fraudulent application, not complying with the conditions of the offer, or submitted after February 28, 2026 will be considered non-compliant and will be permanently rejected. Furthermore, in the event of attempted or proven fraud, you will no longer be eligible for future refund offers from FrigeluX for a period of 3 years.

FrigeluX is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the information you provide. By participating in the offer, you agree that the information collected will be recorded and processed by FrigeluX for the purposes of managing the promotion. This data will be retained for the duration necessary for this purpose, up to a maximum of one year.
