ORDER REFUND OFFER 2025

For any purchase made between March 1, 2025 and April 30, 2025 inclusive on our website frigelux-shop.com, Frigelux offers you a full refund of your order. This offer is reserved exclusively for private individuals of legal age residing in mainland France.

Participation before 07/15/2025. For any order placed between 03/01/2025 and 04/30/2025, you must:

• Complete the participation form below.
• Leave a review of your order on the FrigeluX Trustpilot page: https://fr.trustpilot.com/review/www.frigelux-shop.com
• Provide proof of the review (photo or screenshot accepted).

Then validate your participation online no later than July 15, 2025 inclusive. Any submissions sent by postal mail will not be processed. Any submissions sent after July 15, 2025 will not be processed.

One winner, drawn at random, will receive a bank transfer refund of their order within 2 weeks following the participation deadline.

The offer is valid for all orders placed between 03/01/2025 and 04/30/2025 inclusive on the website frigelux-shop.com, limited to one request per household (same name or same address). This offer is reserved exclusively for private individuals of legal age residing in mainland France.

Any incomplete, illegible, or late submission will be considered inadmissible. Your order must be compliant and delivered. All refunded or pending refund orders are not eligible for this offer.

If your submission meets the offer conditions, you will be entered into the draw, where 1 winner will receive a bank transfer refund of their order within 2 weeks following the participation deadline.

Any unreadable, incomplete, fraudulent file, any submission not complying with the offer conditions, or any submission made after July 15, 2025 will be considered non-compliant and will be permanently rejected. Furthermore, in the event of attempted or proven fraud, you will no longer be eligible for future refund offers from FrigeluX for a period of 3 years.

It is kept only for the time necessary for this purpose, up to a maximum of one year.
